CANCELLATION POLICY
At Luxia Head Spa, we value both your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, we require that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments, will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the booked service. A credit or debit card is required at booking, and any applicable fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is allowed without penalty as long as the new appointment is confirmed.
